Adult Sunday School
Sunday school classes are held from 9:30 to 10:30 am, between the worship services.
1. The Gospel of Mark - Jim Power (Fellowship Hall)
In his gospel, Mark gives us his Spirit-inspired perspective of Jesus' ministry. Mark both models for us what it means to know Jesus and what it looks like for others when God is known.
2. Standing Before the Living God - Bill Menke and John Christensen (Room 109)
Two certainties sustained Elijah as he sought to make the LORD God known as the only true God: 1) he knew that unlike the idols of the people, the LORD his God actually lives; and 2) he knew that he stood before this living God, representing Him as His prophet. Join us this quarter as we explore how we, as representatives of this living God, might better make Him known.
For children during this hour, the nursery is open for 0-2 year olds. Sunday school classes start for 2 year olds and there is a class for every age group up to adults!
